Aside from having more resources, a reason why you may get your own web server and use it instead of a shared Internet hosting plan is that you could install and run a wide selection of software. With a shared account, you'll be able to use apps, that don't need root access and are not installed server-side, so if you require specific software for your sites, you can't set it up on a shared server. This isn't the case with a server of your own where you are able to install everything you would like. The downside is that you may not have much experience and taking care of your own machine is more challenging that managing a shared hosting account where the service provider takes care of the majority of things. This is why we offer an extra service for our server plans called Installation & Troubleshooting and you can take advantage of it any time you face any difficulties with the supervision of your hosting server.

The upgrade is obtainable with all
virtual private server plans we offer and you could add it either during the signup or at any time after using your billing Control Panel. It comes with 60 minutes of custom work on your web server, so our admins could aid you with software installation or setup. They could furthermore troubleshoot any piece of software that you have already installed if it doesn't work properly, so you will not need to waste time to figure out what's wrong as they can help you in a very quick and professional manner. As this is a one-time upgrade, you could get it just when you need it and if a particular task takes less time, the remaining minutes shall be available for the future and won't be reset in the end of the month. This upgrade is helpful when you can't do something on your own or in case you have our Managed Services upgrade, but the half an hour of custom work it includes aren't enough for a specific task.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Hosting
You'll be able to add the upgrade to any one of the
dedicated hosting that we offer at any time that you need it. If you need any custom work from our administrators just after your hosting server is ready, you could order the upgrade during the hosting server signup process, or if you need something to be done afterwards, you'll be able to add the upgrade from your billing CP. The Installation & Troubleshooting service includes 1 hour of work from our administrators on your server, so in the event that you face any problems to install a third-party piece of software or some app gives errors and doesn't work the way it should, our specialists shall help you in a very timely manner. If a task takes less than an hour, the remaining time will be available for future tasks and you will be able to see it within the billing area. This upgrade is suitable in the event that you do not have lots of experience with managing a hosting server or if you use our Managed Services upgrade, but you exhaust the 30 min custom work it includes.
